Bitget Wallet is a multi-chain digital wallet designed for storing, managing, and transacting various digital assets. If you don't have a Bitget wallet setup yet, please, install the Bitget Chrome browser extension by the link. Then open it and follow the prompted steps to set up your wallet. The process is almost identical to MetaMask's.
After you create a wallet, you will need to top up it with crypto assets to put your money to work. If you are not new to crypto, you can send funds from your other wallets, exchanges, etc. to your new Bitget Wallet. Otherwise, please see How can I put my money to work on Primex?
To start earning on Primex with your Bitget Wallet, please, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on the Connect Wallet button in the upper right corner of the Primex App website
Step 2. Choose BITGET WALLET from the available options in the pop-up window
Step 3. Select the desired account and confirm the connection in Bitget
If you use a new network for the first time, you should approve adding it to your wallet.
Step 4. Switch your network
To start interacting with the Primex App, you need to switch the network to one of the supported networks in your Bitget Wallet. If the wrong network is chosen, you will be notified and prompted to switch it in Bitget.
Choose one of the networks from the drop-down, and the App will propose you add a new network if you haven't added it earlier or switch the network if it's already been added. Confirm adding or switching the network in the Bitget window.
When the wallet is connected, the chosen network name will be shown in the header.
You can also change the network manually. To do so, open your Bitget extension and choose the preferred network from the drop-down list.
After that, the Primex App will automatically switch to the preferred network.
NOTE: For safety purposes, we recommend disconnecting your wallet when you are not working with Primex. To do so, click on your wallet address in the upper-right corner and click Disconnect.
