WalletConnect is a simple and secure protocol that connects blockchain wallets to decentralized applications (dApps) using QR codes. It allows you to access and interact with dApps on your computer or mobile device, right from your wallet, without sharing your private keys. Think of it as a bridge that lets your wallet and dApps communicate and work together, making it easier for you to manage and use your digital assets.
In case you don't have any supported wallet yet, head to the WalletConnect explorer and choose a wallet app you prefer. Please, refer to a specific wallet app provider help section or support for further guidance. It's worth saying that the flows for most blockchain wallets are very similar, so it shouldn't be a problem to easily set them up. After you create a wallet, you will need to top up it with crypto assets to put your money to work. If you are not new to crypto, you can send funds from your other wallets, exchanges, etc. to your new wallet. Otherwise, please see How can I put my money to work on Primex?
To start earning on Primex via WalletConnect, please, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on the Connect Wallet button in the upper right corner of the Primex App website
Step 2. Choose WALLETCONNECT from the available options in the pop-up window
Step 3. Scan the QR code with your mobile wallet app or select one of the available desktop wallets
Step 4. Confirm the connection in your wallet
The specific steps will depend on the wallet you use. For more guidance, please, refer to your wallet provider's help articles or support.
NOTE: For safety purposes, we recommend disconnecting your wallet when you are not working with Primex. To do so, click on your wallet address in the upper-right corner and click Disconnect.
