Primex team does not have control over the smart contracts as the Protocol is fully decentralized. Therefore, if you mistakenly send your tokens to any of Primex's smart contracts, it's highly likely that such a transaction cannot be reverted, rectified, or canceled. Please read our Terms of Service and always double-check your transactions to prevent potential losses. However, if you have questions or concerns about any transactions, feel free to contact us via our support channels.

Primex users always maintain full control over their funds. All transactions are authorized by users and directly from their individual wallets, making each user wholly accountable for their assets. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible; thus, Primex cannot compensate users for failed transactions, transaction fees, or losses arising from market factors such as slippage, price fluctuations, preemptive trades, internal fees, transient losses, or unauthorized access.
