In the context of blockchain, your funds aren't "stored" in the way traditional money is kept in a bank. Rather than being stored in a typical manner, your assets are linked to unique digital codes: a visible public key that others can use to transfer funds to you, and a private key that only you know, allowing you to authorize transactions and manage your assets.

On Primex, you also have the Account Balance which is an audited secure smart contract (address) responsible for storing your trader funds. For more details, kindly refer to the Difference between Wallet and Account balance. In turn, Lenders’ assets which they lock in Credit Buckets to earn interest are stored in the Bucket’s smart contract which has a high level of security too.

NOTE: Primex doesn’t control and doesn’t store your funds as a centralized authority. Only you have control over your assets.
