Trading pairs refer to the combinations of two different digital assets that can be traded against each other on an exchange. For example, a trading pair could be ETH/DAI, representing the exchange rate between Ethereum and DAI stablecoin. Traders can buy or sell one asset in the trading pair using the other asset. The trading pair determines the price at which the assets are exchanged.
